Meccano Ltd. Dinky Toy #692. I bought this new in the U.S. in the 1950’s. This toy was produced between 1955 and 1962.

Thanks for the help! Problem solved!

*Update#1: The biggest problem has been solved, thanks to Stephanie. Turns out, it wasn’t a big deal after all. I had no idea that eBay’s policy has changed and that they host 12 photos per auction for free now.

**Update #2: I’m going to use Bulkr to download my photos in bulk. Hooray!

My dollies want to find new places to live, but we’ve hit a snag that’s derailed the adoption express for the time being until I can come up with an alternate photo hosting site for my auctions. I didn’t know that the flickr policy prohibiting use of flickr to buy and sell items also applies to using flickr photos on eBay. So…I uploaded all of my auction photos to flickr (that’s fine, I would have archived them here anyway), but I also deleted them from my hard drive. Now, flickr won’t allow me to use them in my auctions. So, I guess I will have to download all of them again one-by-one and upload them to another photo hosting site. I need some advice:

(1) Is there a way to easily get all of these auction photos back onto my hard drive so that I can upload them someplace else?

(2) Those of you who sell online, who do you trust to host your photos? I am willing to pay a subscription, and I wouldn’t mind if it included auction seller tools, too. I just want to make sure the site is reliable, so that my photos won’t show up as broken links half the time. I would also like to be able to place the photos right into the auction’s description.

I’m totally surprised that flickr blocked me from using my own photos in my auctions. That’s why I signed up for a pro membership in the first place. Apparently, I’ve previously misunderstood what is meant by not using flickr to buy and sell. I understand not wanting flickr to feel like a store and not posting items for sale here, but I’m sad that I have to find someplace else for my pics. At least I can still archive them here and have the fun of sharing them with the flickr community!

Any help would be most appreciated, as all of the sites I’ve looked at look the same, and I don’t know which one to trust. Totally annoyed that flickr doesn’t have a sister site that hosts auction photos.
