Awesome figure… very nice detail, worth adding to your collection. I keep mine in the box for display only. This is not a toy… not for kids to play with.

Good investment, just be sure to keep the box in mint condition.I have already sold this at a significant profit.

THIS IS NOT A KID’S TOY. First of all, most kids aren’t going to have the slightest clue who this version of the Fallen is — he’s a totally different character from the movie’s version, and his appearances have been relegated to the comics. And second of all, he’s obviously made with collectors in mind – the display-friendly box and the mostly-metal body are proof enough of that. If you’re looking for a tank-former that you’re willing to give a child, I would recommend you pick up something else, like movie Brawl, Tankor, Blitzwing, or the latest release of Warpath.

That said, the Fallen is still an amazing figure, and if you’re a die-hard collector, he’s well worth the money.

The Fallen is part of the Titanium series, figures with die-cast metal parts as well as plastic, and while the first wave of these figures were pretty shoddy, the Fallen is an exception. He’s very well-made, sturdy and with a beautifully done paint job — the orange and black contrast one another very well. I have a bit of issue with the tank-tread flaps on his shoulders falling off if he’s jostled around too much, but these parts snap back on without difficulty. And I haven’t tried transforming him, so I can’t comment on how easy/hard he is to transform.

Also, I have noticed the Fallen snaps in half if he’s handled too roughly — I’ve seen “half a Fallen” for sale at more than one convention due to being dropped on a hard surface. Just use a bit of caution when handling him, and don’t stress his midsection too much, and you should be fine.

Again, not a kid’s toy, but a worthy addition to a collector’s shelf. I got mine at a convention for half of the asking price on Amazon, but I can guarantee you that he’s well worth the money.
